The fit that does work

Publishing is a timestamp problem. Authors want to prove when they published, publishers want to prove a text has not been altered since, and readers increasingly want to know whether what they are reading is the original. That is exactly what a chain does well and cheap.

Genuine integrations

• Publishing a content hash on save, with a verifiable certificate
• Copyright evidence for images and articles
• Provenance for research and journalism
• Tamper-evident revision history

The fit that does not

Storing post content on-chain, which is expensive and public and solves nothing that a signed database row would not. Tokens for reader engagement, where the incentive design is the hard part and the chain is incidental. Anything described as "web3 WordPress" where the actual requirement is an audit log.
