Getting started
How an engagement starts, how it runs, and what we need from you to be useful.
First conversation
Thirty minutes, no deck. We want to understand the constraint you are against, what you have already tried, and who decides. You should leave with at least one thing that is useful whether or not we work together.
Then a written scope
If there is a fit, we write a short scope: objective, deliverables, assumptions, cost and what would make us tell you to stop. No surprises later, because the assumptions are written down.
How the work runs
The pattern
- Continuous staging access from the first week
- Short slices ending in a review of working software
- Accessibility and performance checked per slice
- Analytics deployed with features, not after launch
- A named person on our side who is accountable to you
What we need from you
A decision-maker who is actually available, a single point of contact, and content or access to it. Most delays in agency projects come from those three things, not from engineering.
